This is my 4 week at home workout plan with a total of 20 workouts. The ebook has the moves with timing and sets and there is a link at the end of every day that will take you to the youtube video of me doing the moves! The workouts progressively get harder as you go! Starting with the basics in week 1 which will be great for beginners, who are just trying to get used to moving their bodies again. If you have access to a gym feel free to add weights to any of the moves for added difficulty. Week 3 and 4, I use a couch for a couple moves and socks on hardwood floors so that you can see what these moves would look like in a home setting, so I hope this helps! This is not a weight loss plan, this is a plan that is going to motivate you to move your body and show you that all you need is an open space and a little bit of time to get a workout in!
